Message: It's a Peru nice budget motel. Offer shower backs up a little. The room is a good size. It's pretty quiet at night and the people staying here by the week are cool and laid back. Not a lot of traffic. Management was going to change or room but 3 weeks in still hasn't. All in all it's good budget motel compared to some.

Message: The rooms are VERY clean, and nice. Surprisingly COMFORTABLE (very) king size bed. Flat screen TV, cable, big nice mirror. Dining room table, clean mini refrigerator and microwave. Spacious, and has a good size dresser inside a closet space, in which you can put clothes, etc. In drawers, hang clothes up, and has a good size shelf above the closet to place other items. Nice size bathroom with full shower, the shower head is so nice, it's one of the detachable ones that you can use as a regular shower head then detach to rinse off even better, or to rinse out the tub after shaving, etc. Bathrooms very clean as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. They also aren't nosey like most places, they let you enjoy a peaceful stay without hounding you about every little thing, or coming to the door. One of the best parts is they dont come to your door, bothering you. I had a room here with my boyfriend the past two nights, we will definitely be back, SOON! My only issue is that they don't do weekly rates. That's something that needs to be changed, other then that, I absolutely love this hotel!
