Message: First time I've stayed at a Fairfield and it was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly. And the complimentary breakfast was very good with bacon, Eggs, sausage. Nice visit. I will be back.

Message: Just spent one night mid-July 2023.. Great location, clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast (I had two waffles! ).. One little problem: I was put in room 201, which was great except.. the AC didn't work well at all. After going down to the desk, they switched me to room 321, which happened to have fantastic AC. So if you're going to need AC, you're golden if they put you in 321; if they put you in 201, however, ask them if they repaired the AC unit as they told me they were going to do.

Message: Due to a layover in Buffalo, NY, I missed my flight in Charlotte. Thanks to American Airlines, I was given a voucher for a hotel room, food, and taxi transportation to and from the airport. The front desk was most welcoming at 1a. m. As I was I anxious and upset, being my first time experiencing this. But the smile and the friendly conversation at the desk made it a little better. They also have a complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning. Travel time was about 15 minutes (6 miles) to get to the airport. The room was comfortable, and I had no problems or issues.
